From what time can we check in, and what time do we have to check out?
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. On the day of departure, you have until 12:00 PM to check out.

Is it possible to have a room with view of the lake?
If you were to reserve a Comfort room, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. However, you can always inform us of your preference. If you want guaranteed lake view, we advise you to reserve a Deluxe room for an additional charge of €20,- per night. This way, you not only enjoy a view of the lake but also benefit from more space and comfort.

Are we allowed to use the swimming pool or the wellness facilities before checking in?
Yes, that is possible. You can leave your luggage with our reception colleagues in the meantime.

Is it possible to check in before 3:00 PM?
You may check in earlier than 3:00 PM if your room is ready. However, we cannot guarantee this early check-in. However, if you reserve an early check-in for € 25,- per room (subject to availability), we will ensure that you can access your room from 1:00 PM onwards.

Can we rent bathrobes and bath towels, or should we bring them ourselves?
You may bring your own bathrobes and bath towels, or you can rent them from our reception colleagues. The cost for renting bathrobes is €8.50 each, and bath towels are €3.00 each.

Is it possible to park at the hotel, and what are the costs?
We have ample parking space at the front of our hotel, where you can park free of charge. It's also possible to charge your electric car at one of the Tesla charging stations in our parking area.

Is it possible to rent bikes at Parkhotel Horst?
Yes, renting bikes is possible with us. We rent bikes for €12,50 per day, and the price for an electric bike for a day is €25. If you choose to bring your own bike, you may park it in the covered bike shed at our hotel.

Is there free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, our entire hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi. You do not need a password for this. When you connect to our network, you only need to accept the terms and conditions.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. However, you may bring your dog to our terrace after, for example, a relaxed walk in the 'Kasteelse bossen'.

Until what time can we have dinner?
It is possible to enjoy a 3-course dinner until 9:00 PM at the BØFF restaurant. If you prefer to have only a main course, it's possible until 10:00 PM.
