If you were to reserve a Comfort room, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. However, you can always inform us of your preference. If you want guaranteed lake view, we advise you to reserve a Deluxe room for an additional charge of €20,- per night. This way, you not only enjoy a view of the lake but also more space and comfort.

Yes, that is possible. You can leave your luggage with our reception colleagues in the meantime.

You may check in earlier than 3:00 PM only when we have your room cleaned. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this. However, if you reserve an early check-in for €17.50 per room (subject to availability), we will ensure that you can access your room from 10:00 AM onwards.

You may bring your own bathrobes and bath towels, or you can rent them from our reception colleagues. The cost for renting bathrobes is €8.50 each, and bath towels are €3.00 each.

We have ample parking space at the front of our hotel, where you can park free of charge. It's also possible to charge your electric car at one of the charging stations in our parking area.

Yes, renting bikes is possible with us. We rent bikes for €12,50 per day, and the price for an electric bike for a day is €25. If you choose to bring your own bike, you may park it in the covered bike shed at our hotel.

Yes, our entire hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi. You do not need a password for this. When you connect to our network, you only need to accept the terms and conditions.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. However, you may bring your dog to our terrace after, for example, a relaxed walk in the 'Kasteelse bossen'.

It is possible to enjoy a 3-course dinner until 9:00 PM at the BØFF restaurant. If you prefer to have only a main course, it's possible until 10:00 PM.
